Upon your arrival (or the next morning), you will need to visit the front desk to register for a parking pass, essential for all guests with vehicles. While smoking is restricted to designated areas on the Maui Banyan property, you can fully enjoy the smoke-free ambiance of our condo, lanai, and surrounding complex grounds.

Our charming ground floor unit, located in the Q building of the esteemed Maui Banyan Resort, has been thoughtfully upgraded to offer modern comforts. Featuring stainless steel appliances and elegant granite countertops in both the kitchen and bathrooms, the condo boasts tile floors and solid wood furnishings throughout. Ideal for couples or small families, this 1-bedroom, 2-bath retreat includes a comfortable king-sized bed and a queen-sized sofa bed.

Indulge in entertainment with cable TV on the Vizio smart TV in the living room, complemented by a DVD/Blu-Ray player and a Denon stereo system playing your favorite island tunes. For added convenience, both TVs in the unit come equipped with basic cable, along with complimentary wireless internet and one designated parking space.

Begin your day with a warm cup of coffee on the lanai, surrounded by tropical foliage and refreshing trade winds. Located just steps from the pool, hot tub, and BBQ area, you can relax in a recliner by the pool, soak in the hot tub with provided plastic glasses, or grill fresh food and dine poolside at the available tables.

The upper pool area features six immaculate Weber grills as well as essential amenities such as showers and washrooms, while additional grilling options are available at the lower pool area. Our fully equipped kitchen offers solid wood cabinets, granite counters, and stainless appliances, which include a fridge with an ice maker, stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, a full-sized drip coffeemaker, Keurig, toaster, electric kettle, and blender. The kitchen island also provides two bar stools for casual dining.

The bathrooms are designed with solid wood cabinetry and granite countertops, further enhancing your stay. A washer and dryer are conveniently located within the unit, making it easy to keep your belongings fresh.

Your adventure in paradise is made even better with an assortment of beach gear available for your use, ranging from beach chairs and towels to boogie boards and snorkeling equipment. Just remember to pack reef-safe sunscreen for an enjoyable day at either the beach or pool. Stroll through the lush gardens of the complex to reach the stunning white sands of Kamaole II beach, located directly across the street from the resort. Dive, swim, sunbathe, or simply relish the waves at this idyllic beach, where outdoor grills are also available for those who prefer charcoal grilling.

Conveniently explore local restaurants, shops, bike rentals, and an ABC store all within walking distance. Enjoy a delightful cup of coffee from nearby cafes or take a leisurely 1.4-mile walk to Starbucks. Though having a car is not a necessity while enjoying your time in Kihei, numerous attractions and activities across Maui are easily accessible via a short drive.
